- Stunning country views of a 14 acre lake, woods, pastures, nursery plantings, pine forest and farm buildings.
- Elegantly restored National Register antebellum Jefferson family manor home with all modern amenities. 6000 sq. ft. on 3 floors with large 16x20 ft. high-ceilinged rooms, large windows and heart pine and Brazilian walnut floors.
- Main Floor: Parlor, library, dining room, gourmet kitchen, powder room, center and cross halls. Six Porches and Verandas. And out of doors:, Gazebo and Terrace, Open Air Versailles Pavilion,. Lake Cottage and a new ventilated and heated 40 x 60 ft. clear-span tent (see below).

- Lake Cottage (Honeymoon) Suite: Master bedroom with queen poster bed, private lake overlook porch, sitting room, private bath with steam/spa/ shower combo. Can be used as changing rooms before the event, for guest restrooms during the reception, then a secluded bridal/honeymoon suite afterwards.
Magnificent All-Weather Clear-Span Festival Tent (40' x 60'): Clear and opaque side curtains that pull open like drapes, festive lighting, with a central 20' x 40' Brazilian walnut ballroom dance floor (unique to Winterham) and a peripheral Pennsylvania blue-stone pad to hold five-ft. round white tables and fan-backchairs. Seats up to 200 at tables or can accommodate up to 300 for informal buffet style service. Great views of the lake and the manor house nearby. With oscillating fans and the tent curtains open, one keeps cool on warm day. But with the tent closed and heated, you and your guests remain cozy on fall nights and throughout the winter season.

Choice of Ceremony Sites:
Versailles Pavilion: Open-air wrought iron Versailles Pavilion. A sweeping view of the 14 acre lake with the plantation beyond.
Manor House Façade: A more formal location on the front steps of the house with it's stately columns and manicured gardens.
The Garden Gazebo: A smaller, intimate setting under a covered gazebo, surrounded by a patio and gardens.
The 'Lovers' Tree: A special spot on the estate where two different trees have grown up together, forming one tree.
The Common Rooms: The Center Hall, the Parlor, with it's grand piano, or the Library with a beautiful fireplace. Perfect for small, intimate ceremonies.
The Clear-Span Tent: A secondary location in case of rain.
A portable wrought iron wedding arbor and/or a chupa can be decorated to your taste and moved to any ceremony site you wish on the grounds. .

Honeymoon Options
Still need a honeymoon suite? Make it the Jefferson Suite at Winterham Plantation. This spacious, two-room suite is the perfect mix of old and new. The Master Bedroom includes a four-poster queen-sized bed and sitting area, warmed by a romantic remote-controlled gas log fireplace. The adjoining sitting room has a double bed, remote-controlled gas fireplace, and concealed cable television. A luxurious private bath completes the suite with an Ultrabath Thermo-Masseur tub (air-jet jacuzzi), a two-person shower/steam-room, a French Bidet and twin pedestal sinks. The ultimate in luxury and relaxation!
Or, you may prefer the secluded Lake Cottage with its Private Porch overlooking the lake, accessible through double French Doors from the Master Bedroom (queen poster bed, cable TV). The adjoining sitting room is designed for dressing with a full length mirror and you will luxuriate in the Steam-Spa/shower with its vertical jacuzzi jets..
