Wedding Prices and Packages for 2008

Basic Site Fee - $1,500

Includes use of the grounds, gardens, lawns, gazebo, verandas, lake trail, parking, rest rooms
Choice of ceremony and/or photo sites (Lake View, Manor House, Gazebo, Lovers' Tree, etc.)
Guided Tours of the Manor House with its elegant furnishings and fine arts gallery

$500 - Choice of Manor House (Sit-down dining for 25 or buffet for up to 75+)
$1,500 - All-weather Festival Tent (Sit-down dining for 160 persons or buffet for 250)

$5/person - Tables and Chairs (in 25 person increments; i.e.76-100 person=$500)
Other items, as needed, will be rented at standard commercial rates

$20-$45/person - Cost according to menu (in 25 person increments)
Place settings and linens provided by caterer, at an extra charge, varies according to choice
$500 - Release fee to hire your own caterer if you opt not to use one of our preferred partners
$300 - Use of our kitchen, if required by caterer

Sleep 14-18 persons, with breakfast (your choice of full or Continental)
Two suites and two single rooms in the Manor House plus the Lake Cottage
Required for events extending past 4:00 p.m. that prevent booking of our usual B&B Guests.

$2,000-$3,000 - The Daytime Affair: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus 2 hrs. set-up, 1 hr. cleanup (Except Sat., unless booked < 6 months in advance). No guest bedrooms required. $2,000 in house; $3,000 in tent
$3,000-$4,000 - The Evening Event: Overnight guests check in at 3:00 PM Ceremony and reception from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, plus 2-hr. setup. Overnight guests check out by 11:00 AM next day. $3,000 in house; $4,000 in tent
$4,000-$5,000 - The Weekend Celebration: Check-in at 4:00 PM Friday. Rehearsal and dinner 6-9 p.m. (site for rehearsal dinner included free). Ceremony and reception scheduled anytime from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Saturday. Overnight guests check out at 11:00 AM Sunday. $4,000 in house; $5,000 in tent
